If you shared a student with a para but entered the wrong first or last name:
Please have your para sign in with the information sent to their email, and they can adjust their name in their account settings.
If you shared a student with a para but entered the wrong email address:
Please contact us (support@fastIEP.com) with the para's name, the email you entered incorrectly, and the correct email address. We can adjust the information so your para can access their account.
